Rugby FM Roadshow

SUN 24th NOVEMBER 2013,
12 – 5pm, Clocktower, Town Centre

Join Rugby FM’s, Jason Moss, on stage as he hosts some great live music, dance, games, magic, the Choir Idol final, carols from the Salvation Army and a very special guest, Father Christmas! He will also have his finger on the button as we countdown to the Christmas light switch-on!

Christmas Light Switch-On (5pm)

Get ready to count down the Christmas light switch-on with Jason Moss from Rugby FM and see Rugby town centre at its dazzling best!

Fantastic Fireworks (5pm)

Look to the skies as we bring the day to a close with a spectacular firework display provided by local and award winning company, MLE Pyrotechnics! Set to music, the explosion of colour, bangs, crackles and whoops of joy will send you home with a warm glow and smile on your face!

Hopefully it will make you sparkle too!


Don't Miss...

Santa’s Grotto

No visit to Rugby town centre would be complete this Christmas without a trip to Santa’s magical grotto. Our special guest, can be found in the Clock Towers Shopping Centre (in what used to be the ‘Julian Graves’ store) on Saturday 7 and 14 December, and then from Wednesday 18 through to Monday 23 December. Open from 10am to 3pm there will be a nominal charge to include a present.

All the Fun of the Fair

A selection of old and new rides including a funhouse, helter skelter, mini-rides, games stalls and much more. For the first time in Rugby town centre and dare-devils there’s the stomach churning ‘Twister’ and ‘Frogs’ – guaranteed to send you hopping mad!

All rides only £1 before 12 noon

Christmas Carols

Christmas Carol Service will take place after the Light Switch on in St Andrews Church. Contact Church for more details 01788 565609

Christmas Arts and Craft Fair

A chance to pick up some great local, quality, handmade arts and crafts Christmas treats and presents for friends and family. Taking place in the grounds of St. Andrew’s Church on Sunday 24 and Monday 25 November, all stalls are covered and entrance is FREE. Drop by from 10.30am onwards and enjoy an all-together different shopping experience this Christmas! 

Festive Food Fayre

Enjoy some tasty, yummy and mouth-watering food and drink treats as part of our festive food fayre. An array of colourful stalls, will be selling high quality food and drinks, that will tempt, entice and warm you with their delicious taste, smells and colours. Munch away while listening to music from the Rugby FM stage!

Entertainment for all the family!

At this magical time of year we have not forgotten the little ones either with Punch and Judy, a magic show, bouncy castle, face-painting, bubble winter-land and best of all – real live reindeer!

Don’t forget FREE parking after 10am in John Barford Car Park on Saturday 30 November and 7, 14 and 21 December!
